About Deborah

Global mobility works best when it starts with people.

Deborah Dahab supports people navigating the intercultural side of international relocation, working with multinational organisations, global mobility partners, individuals, and families across the relocation journey.

Her approach combines intercultural psychology, coaching, training, and more than 20 years of international business experience, including executive roles with Mastercard, Credicard, Itaú Bank, and TV Cabo Portugal. Having lived in six countries, Deborah understands the personal and professional realities of adapting across borders.

She holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an MSc in Psychology of Intercultural Relations from ISCTE. She is also an International Certified Coach (ICC) and a Certified Trainer (CCP – Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas, Portugal). Her work includes corporate workshops, global mobility coaching, and structured programmes for international relocation and cultural adaptation.
